1. Our Commitment

Ahir Hospitality LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Conformance Standard

This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Level AA conformance covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

3. Accessibility Features

The following accessibility features are implemented across this website:

• Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — links, buttons, filters, and the before/after slider — can be operated using only a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link is available at the top of every page when using keyboard navigation.
• Visible focus indicators. Every focusable element shows a clear focus outline when navigated to via keyboard.
• Screen reader support. Pages use semantic HTML (proper headings, landmarks, lists) and ARIA attributes where needed so that assistive technology can describe content and interactive elements correctly.
• Color contrast. Body text meets or exceeds the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
• Image alternatives. Photographs include descriptive alt text where the image conveys information. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
• Reduced motion support. If your operating system requests reduced motion, we honor that preference and disable non-essential animations.
• Resizable text. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
• Form labels. Every form input has a clearly associated label.
• Renovation slider. The before/after image comparison can be operated by mouse, touch, or keyboard. Use Left and Right arrow keys to compare images, Home to show the before image, and End to show the after image.

4. Known Issues

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

• The interactive map on the Properties page uses a third-party library. Property locations are also presented as a text list of cities and counties below the map for users who cannot interact with maps.
• Some property photographs include cities of operation in their captions. Where a photograph is purely illustrative, it is marked as decorative for screen readers.

5. Third-Party Content

This website incorporates content and tools from third-party providers, including:

• Google Fonts (typography)
• OpenStreetMap and Carto (map tiles)
• Leaflet (mapping library)

We rely on these providers to maintain their own accessibility standards. We will work to find or build alternatives if any third-party content materially harms accessibility.
